With over 15 years of experience in radio and microprocessor control of hydraulics, pneumatics, DC motor drive and servo systems and over 10 years in 3D CAD and simulation, Robotic Control and Automation can offer a service spanning a wide range of engineering specialities. By bringing together elements of complimentary technologies, Robotic Control and Automation offer solutions requiring a multidiscipline approach, both internationally and in the UK. Robotic Control and Automation can provide both assembly language programming and high level programming (C, Delphi, VB) for a wide range of PC's and microprocessor control devices. Specialising in combining hydraulic, pneumatic and DC servos with embedded microprocessor and PC based control systems, Robotic Control and Automation provide real time solutions to complex automatic and semi-automatic control applications. Richard Smith who started Robotic Control and Automation worked as senior design engineer for a division of Bussmann for over ten years, designing electrical contactors and manufacturing support equipment. He has also designed underwater control systems and worked on large scale metal casting control.
